We concentrate on setting your muscle groups back into proper working order before we send you out to do exercises or other activity. By first correcting muscle imbalances and then initiating strengthening we have greater and faster success in healing the injury. This prevents strengthening incorrectly positioned muscles that can lead to compensation motions and aggravation of over tight muscles.
Working with the muscles is a complicated endeavor, because sometimes we have to work on a muscle that you never knew existed and or has no pain whatsoever. We work on the muscle or muscles that are causing your joints to be pulled out of alignment or which cause compensation or restriction of other muscles, which helps alleviate the soreness or pain that you feel.
