Mark Roche started Natural health in 1989, training and treating active people. He earned his Exercise Physiology degree from Cal State Fullerton and Vanguard University while playing basketball, and completed his studies at Cal State Long Beach. He trains and treats many professional athletes, such as Olympic gold medalist volleyball player, Misty May, X-game skater, Fabiolia, baseball all-star, Jeff Kent and Renee Garcia, former Angle’s MVP, and many others.
Mark has a unique technique for healing injuries, accessing the entire body with movement and function. He and his therapist use manual therapy techniques with state of the art lasers and modalities. Natural Health also has an extensive gym for strengthening and muscle re-education. Mark enjoys surfing, time with his his wife, beach volleyball and wrestling with his two sons..
