Welcome to Natural Health Sports Therapy, a full-service physical therapy practice in Costa Mesa, California, Founded by Mark Roche over 25 years ago, the team at Natural Health has been helping patients feel well and get back to living an active life. We accept most health insurance PPO plans and welcome new patients five and older.
Our practice is conveniently situated and features a relaxing, boutique-style environment. We set strict limits on the number of patients we see rather than trying to serve as many people as possible. This focus on personalized care ensures that each patient receives one-on-one treatment from a qualified physical therapist.
We believe in collaborative approach to healing, instead of making blanket recommendations, we listen to our patients, taking their goals and concerns into consideration. We use that information to develop custom physical therapy plans integrating various modalities, including manual therapy, strength training, and trigger point therapy.
